(1) If all PPST not passed, then

complete 1/2 Pre-prof in methods classes, but complete alternative field exp (e.g., King's St. Mary's) therby ending route to certification - non program completer

(a) No student teaching - need alternative credits to complete non-certifying ed degree (early childhood? "Student teach" at King's St.Mary's?)
